Air-conditioned suite with private entrance on the lower level of our family home. Includes two queen-sized beds and living area, ensuite bath, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea facilities, and toaster. Entering the suite, there is one queen size bed with pocket doors for privacy. Next is a living area with the TV, sofa, small eating area, and kitchenette. At the back is the second queen bed which is open to the living area. The washroom is accessed from the back bedroom.

This accommodation offers a well-equipped space with various amenities across different categories. In the bathroom, shampoo, soaps, hair dryer, and towels are provided. The bedroom and laundry area include essential items such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper, along with hangers and an iron. For entertainment, there is a TV with limited channels, and heating and cooling options are provided through air conditioning and heating systems. The place prioritizes home safety with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Internet access is ensured with WiFi availability. In the kitchenette and dining area, guests have access to a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, toaster, kettle and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide tea and coffee pods, and the kitchenette is suitable to make a light breakfast or lunch. There is also an outdoor BBQ for guest use.   • * Absolutely NO SMOKING. If anyone in the party wishes to smoke Marijuana, please do not book our suites. The smell permeates our personal living space and adjoining guest suites even from outdoors.
